What we do

ZYXON provides precision manufacturing and rapid prototyping: custom one-off and small-run components, jigs and fixtures, prototypes, and PCB prototyping. Everything we make is produced to the requirements agreed with you for that specific piece of work.

Enquiries and quotes

Sending a project enquiry through this website is a request, not an order. It does not create a contract and does not commit either of us to anything. We will review what you have sent and come back to you about whether we can make it, what it would involve and what it would cost. Work only begins once we have agreed the details with you in writing.

Any prices, lead times or approaches we discuss before we have seen a full design are indicative. They may change once the drawings, materials, tolerances or quantities are confirmed.

Who you are contracting with

Any enquiry you send and any work you go on to place is with ZYXON, not with RizeStack. RizeStack provides the website, the enquiry system and the hosting behind this site; it is not a party to the manufacturing work and is not responsible for it.

Your designs and files

You keep ownership of the designs, drawings and files you send us. By sending them you confirm you are entitled to have the part made — that it is your own design, or that you have permission from whoever owns it. We will not use your design files for anything other than quoting for and producing your work.

Where you supply a design, dimensions or specification, we manufacture to what you have supplied. It is your responsibility to check that the design does what you need it to do. We will always raise anything that looks likely to cause a problem before we start.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed for each piece of work before it begins. Where we take card payment online, it is processed by Stripe; full card details are never handled or stored by this website.

This website

The project photography currently shown in the Recent Projects section is representative placeholder imagery, clearly marked as such on the page, and will be replaced by photographs of our own completed work. Nothing on this website should be taken as a guarantee of a specific outcome, tolerance, material or lead time for your part — those are agreed with you directly.

We try to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Law

These terms and any work placed with us are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
